Returns
We want you to be happy with your Serino purchase. If you'd like to return an item, please make sure it is unused and in its original condition.
To start a return, contact us at hello.serino@outlook.com and include a valid reason for your return. Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will issue a full refund.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived broken you are guaranteed a full refund. Simply email us at hello.serino@outlook.com with details of the issue, and we will process your refund no return shipment required.
How to Request a Return
- Email hello.serino@outlook.com with your order details and a valid reason for the return.
- If the item is unused and eligible, we'll confirm your return and provide next steps.
- For change-of-mind returns, ship the unused item back to us at your own cost. Once received, we'll issue a full refund.
- For damaged items, no return is needed your refund will be processed after we receive your email.
