Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping out.

Shipping itself typically takes 3–14 business days, bringing your total delivery window to 4–14 business days depending on location.

Deliveries before the 7-day mark are common, and many customers have mentioned in reviews that their orders arrived faster than expected.

We can't guarantee an exact date every time, but we're continuously refining our shipping process to make these windows even shorter.

2. Shipping Fees

Good news at Serino, shipping is completely free, always. We believe great products shouldn't come with extra costs tacked on at checkout, so we cover the cost of getting your order to your door. No hidden fees, no surprises just the price you see is the price you pay.
