How does the AeroCell Comfort Pad work?

The air cells press down under your body and help spread your weight across the pad. This stops too much pressure from building up in one spot. The centre opening also gives your tailbone more space, which can make hard seats feel more comfortable.

Will it completely remove tailbone pain?

The pad is made to reduce pressure and make sitting more comfortable. However, results may be different for each person. It is not a cure or a replacement for medical care. Speak to a doctor if your pain is severe, does not go away, or has no clear cause.

Can I change how firm it feels?

Yes. Use the built-in air pump to make the pad firmer. Press the release button to let air out and make it softer. Start with a small amount of air and adjust it while sitting. Too much air may make the pad feel hard or unstable.

Do I need a separate pump?

No. The AeroCell Comfort Pad has a built-in hand pump. You can also use the release button to let air out when needed.

Will it stay in place while I drive?

The bottom has an anti-slip texture that helps the pad grip the seat. Place it flat on a clean, dry seat and make sure it feels secure before driving.

Will it make me sit higher?

The pad will add some height, but you can let out air to make it lower. After placing it on your seat, adjust your driving position and make sure you can easily reach the pedals, steering wheel and seat belt.

Will it fit my car or chair?

The flexible shape is made to fit most car seats, office chairs and home chairs. Check the product measurements before ordering, especially if your seat is small, narrow or deeply shaped.

Where should the centre opening sit?

Place the opening under and slightly behind your tailbone. Your thighs and sitting bones should rest on the air cells around it. Sitting too far forward may stop the opening from working as well.

Can I use it for several hours?

Yes. It is designed for long drives, desk work and travel. However, it is still important to move, change position and take standing or walking breaks when possible.

Will it lose air while I am sitting?

The firmness may change slightly as the air moves between the cells or the temperature changes. It should not quickly go flat during normal use. Make sure the valve is fully closed. Contact us if the pad keeps losing a noticeable amount of air.

Is it suitable for heavier users?

Yes. The AeroCell Comfort Pad is designed to support up to 200 kg. Its strong TPU air cells and flexible Lycra surface are made to handle repeated pressure while keeping their shape and support.

What materials is it made from?

The outer surface is made with flexible Lycra, which stretches as you move. The inside uses TPU, a strong and flexible material that holds air and handles repeated pressure.

Will it feel hot after sitting for a long time?

The separate air cells leave small spaces across the pad, so it may feel less dense than solid foam. How warm it feels will also depend on your clothes, the room temperature, the amount of air and the seat underneath.

Can I take it travelling?

Yes. Let the air out, fold the pad and place it in a bag or suitcase. You can use it in cars, offices, trains, planes and other seats.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Let it fully air-dry before using or storing it. Do not use strong chemicals, put it in a washing machine or tumble-dry it.

Can I use it after surgery or for pressure sores?

Speak to a doctor or healthcare professional first. The AeroCell Comfort Pad is made for general comfort and is not a medical treatment unless it has been specially tested and approved for that use.

What should I do if I cannot find a comfortable setting?

Let most of the air out, sit on the pad and slowly add more air. A softer setting may help the air cells shape around your body. Keep adjusting it until the support feels comfortable.
